Our New Chapter
Where to find us
Danceathon
We’ve been supporting women across Eastbourne for over 10 years and have seen many changes in the everyday challenges faced by our community during this time.
To reflect and best support these changes, we are moving into a new chapter here at WayfinderWoman.
We have listened to what the women who have been using our service are asking for, and we will provide:
A regular Peer Support group where connections can be created, community built, and resilience maintained.
An extension of our current one-to-one peer support service, so we can offer more than 3 sessions per person and have a wider range of Peer supporters with a variety of lived experiences.
You can find us at Suite 2, Highlight House,
8 St Leonards Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3UH.
Our Hub is fully accessible and you’re very welcome to drop in on Wednesday mornings between 10am and 12pm to register your details and say hello.
Alternatively you can email us anytime or give us a call.
To mark her 70th year our founder, Laura Murphy is taking on an amazing challenge — a 24-hour danceathon, starting at noon on Friday 15 May 2026.
Laura has spent many years founding, shaping, and supporting WayfinderWoman, guided by a deep commitment to community, connection, and supporting local women. This danceathon is a one-off celebration of that journey and an opportunity to support the ongoing work of the charity.
If you’d like to support Laura’s danceathon, you’re warmly invited to donate, share the event, or simply cheer her on.
